The Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 10.75oz can tomato soup
  • 1/2c salsa
  • 1/2c water
  • 6 6″ flour tortillas cut into 1″ pieces
  • 1/2c shredded cheddar cheese

The Steps

  • Brown beef
  • Strip in soup, salsa, water, tortillas and heat to a boil
  • Simmer for 5 minutes
  • Top with cheese
